About Amer Sinjab
I'm Amer Sinjab, a Software Engineering graduate from İstinye University with a minor in Business Administration, Strategy & Management, currently pursuing a Master's degree in AI Engineering.
My work combines product management, project execution, business thinking, and software engineering. I enjoy finding problems, understanding why they exist, and turning them into better products, systems, and processes.
My technical background includes full-stack development, frontend and backend systems, databases, APIs, automation, AI integrations, and software architecture, with hands-on experience building complete business systems and digital products, including CRM and ERP systems. This allows me to understand both the business and engineering sides of a product and work effectively between them.
What interests me most is taking ownership from beginning to end, from identifying an opportunity and defining the solution to planning, building, coordinating execution, launching, and continuously improving the result.

Direct observation and research surfaced recurring problems: students lacked practical skills, had weak career guidance, and were learning in ways disconnected from real-world execution and industry expectations.

The academy was created to help students move from theory to execution — through hands-on workshops, internships, real projects, and a supportive student community.

AI-Powered CRM Platform
An AI-powered CRM platform that centralizes customer communication, sales operations, and lead management across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels, managing up to 6 WhatsApp numbers within a single platform. When a salesperson is unavailable, an AI automation layer can handle customer conversations automatically based on the company's defined rules and knowledge, then escalate to a human when needed.
